Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Your rate will be determined at your initial consultation, which is $200 for new clients. At that time, if you choose to engage us, a representation letter will be prepared and signed and the consultation fee will be applied to future fees. Our lawyer and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case, and you will receive a itemized bill, either monthly or at the end of the matter. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will also include costs for copy, filing, postage, and third-party research tools. Mr. Andreason's hourly rate is $400 per hour while our paralegals charge between $100 and $150.00 per hour. Our firm’s cash flow policy requires us to ask for a retainer of 50% of the estimated fee whenever we take on a matter for a new client. Retainers must be paid when the representation letter is signed.
